Hello, I wanted to get some feedback from a few of his customers to get a feel for the process he has explained to us. I appreciate any help you may offer. Here are my questions: (The answers from my client follow it. We have the actual e-mail exchange with the e-mails between the two of them for verification.)
How long have you been using his service? We are in our second year with Brad. How long did it take for him to put together a marketing plan your business? It took about two weeks to draft and refine our business plan.
How comprehensive was the plan? Can you give me examples of what areas it covered? The plan covered all our areas of concern regarding image, marketing and advertising via print, social media, TV, and radio.
How long did it take to see results from his plan once you implemented his suggestions? We immediately realized cost savings over our former marketing and advertising because we had been top heavy in print ads. Brad stepped up and helped us create a newsletter and direct mailings that were effective and reduced our recurring efforts. It took a little longer to see results with social media although we feel it is difficult to measure success in this area. We at least have a system that is easy to manage. Check out our Google reviews- those are mostly due to a promotion Brad set up for us.
Did you implement the plan yourself, or did you hire him to manage the plan for you? We added Brad to our team as our advertising/marketing/media consultant.
What was the return on your investment in his services and suggestions? Have you seen a substantial increase in sales, customers and revenue? While it is difficult to assign improvement directly to Brad for our increase in sales we have experienced growth of 15.6% since hiring him. I feel strongly that he is responsible for most of this because the industry as a whole is not growing nearly as much as we have. Our budget for advertising/marketing/media has been reduced 37% including the recurring cost for his efforts.
How much personal attention did you receive from Mr. Swezey? Brad meets with us monthly as well as interacts weekly on implementation of the monthly plan. He is available via text or email whenever we have a question.
